Root It is a mobile initiative dedicated to transforming underserved neighborhoods through community gardening. Focused on combating food injustice and fostering education, Root It required branding that captured this message in a direct, assertive way. The system had to be versatile enough to support both product sales and community engagement, capturing consumer attention while clearly communicating their cause.


Each icon began as a hand-inked illustration, later digitized and refined into a stencil for versatile application across the identity system.







This business card doubles as seed packaging, offering a physical takeaway that aligns with the campaign’s values of regeneration and community care.
